How long does shipping take? Orders take 1–2 business days to process, with delivery taking 1 business day within Lagos, 3–4 business days across Nigeria, and 5–7 business days for international orders after processing.

What condition are the items in?
All items are vintage and are either in excellent condition or brand new. Please note that some heavily beaded or embellished pieces may show minor snags or pulls due to their delicate nature.

Do you restock items?
Most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, and we usually only find one of each item. Occasionally, with our more casual range of dresses, we get lucky and are able to restock, but this is not guaranteed.

Do you offer refund or exchange ? We do not offer refunds or exchanges. For sizing or item enquiries, please email imanivintagestore@outlook.com before placing your order.

Does shipping include taxes and duties ? Please note that shipping fees do not cover taxes or customs duties. These charges, if applicable, will be paid by the customer upon or prior to delivery.
